The clergy of this canonically established Orthodox Church HAVE TRUE AND VALID SACRAMENTAL AUTHORITY! We have not prayed with the Schismatics.

We are the only canonically established Eastern Orthodox Church within our rightful jurisdiction, North America, according to the Oct 1933 Newspaper Article published about our first Synod.

We are a small canonically established Church organized to serve the English speaking Orthodox in America (the new world). The intent appeared to be the anchor church for the Moscow Patriarchate and other Orthodox Churches in the new world but instead they turned their back on this church and created a schism.

We are seeking two bishops for ranking positions within the North American Holy Synod. We seek those qualified to take the position of Patriarchial Vicar. They must be active within their church, have clergy under their care and be Orthodox.

We are accepting applications from clergy who have lost their bishop, desire to join a canonically established Church who follows Holy Scripture, the canons and traditions of the Church

We seek clergy who are serious about their ministry and have no history of child or sexual abuse and who are honest and not accused of stealing from their previous church.

Reasons to consider this church;

First - The reason to seek incardination into this Church is We are canonically established!

RE: Independents: There are many independent clergy today who in their heart understand that in an independent church they are less likely to see church growth and recognition as they are. They need to be incardinated into a canonical or canonically established church. We can accept such clergy if they show they are active in a ministry and not just paper clergy. Also with the canonical church the may be ordained into true and valid Holy Orders and they would then have Orthodox Sacramental authority to administer the Mysteries (sacraments).

Second: We Welcome Applications for Incardination from canonical clergy
We can accept you from the schismatic churches and you would again be offering true and valid Mysteries

We welcome your inquiries for incardination. Due to some bad experiences in the past we are slower in considering the applications. We will not accept those with sexual related charges made or pending against them. We require bishops to know the canons and all clergy to obey the canons. We require a mandate for any ordination from the synod. No bishop has sole authority to ordain anyone. Some former clergy believed it was within their right to ordain anyone they wanted to without a mandate.

The Holy Synod, after much prayer and consideration, has decided to consider applications from clergy within our canonical jurisdiction only unless they are under a bishop within our jurisdiction.

...is our short name as shown in the 1927 Church constitution. Any other group who uses this name is not associated with us, are illegally using our name which is one of our service marks and are likely part of the independent movement falsely claiming to be us or to have our lines. Since they are not part of us it is likely their "sacramental authority" is not valid.
